I love the sound of the card and love the way Media Player 12 is set up for me to select the music I want to play so easily but, I am having issues. To begin with, I think Im almost certain that Im posting this thread in the complete wrong place, however, there was no section dedicated to PC sound cards and accompanying issues.
I decided to try a different media player and used Real Player and my CPU is running at 18 - 32%. I even UPDATED the BIOS from my PC manufacture website and the same thing. /rebates/2fcreative-sound-blaster-x-fi-xtrememusic2fp2fN82E16829102188&. I am still having problems with the CPU running 100% for at least 6 minutes when I play a song using Windows Media Player 12.
